Alpine Courses

On this 2-day introductory alpine course, you will learn how to use an Ice axe, crampons and self-arrest. On the second day, you will plan a trip and attempt to summit a peak in the Craigieburn range.

A 4-day course that combines our most popular introductory alpine skills and avalanche awareness courses. This course requires no prior skills or knowledge and is ideal for people making their first steps into the mountains.

A 6-day alpine course with a focus on ropework, pitching, snow anchors, ridge-travel, glacier travel and crevasse rescue. Suitable for people who already have basic crampon, ice axe, self-arrest and avalanche rescue skills.
7 Day Alpine course
The next step for people that have who have some experience with an ice axe and crampons. This course includes avalanche awareness, ropework, pitching, snow anchors, ridge travel, glacier travel and crevasses rescue.

From zero to hero, everything you need all wrapped up in one course. This course covers everything from fitting your crampons to crevasse and avalanche rescue. You don’t need any prior experience to complete this course.
