An introductory snow craft course for members of the West Coast Alpine Club who would like to explore the mountains safely. Learn about crampons, ice axes, self-arresting and trip planning.

PRICE $399* (MINIMUM AGE 18 YEARS)

 

SNOW CRAFT COURSE LOCATION

This course is delivered at Temple Basin Ski Field.

 

GEAR & EQUIPMENT

All you will need for this course are waterproof boots and normal outdoor clothing. We will supply all the mountaineering and avalanche equipment for you if you don’t have your own.  You can find a packing list and course outline at the bottom of this page.

 

FOOD

Food is not provided on this course. We recommend packing plenty of snacks and lunch that do not require cooking.
