Workplace kayak training course.

a one-day Kayak training that has been designed for workplaces that have people working in or using kayaks to perform tasks at work. This course suits workplaces that use canoes, sit-on-top kayaks or classic sit-in style Kayaks. The focus of this course is gaining confidence, safe working limits of a kayak in the workplace, paddle strokes, as well as self and assisted rescues.

We deliver this course on the Waimakariri River just north of Christchurch, 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the city centre.

Our instructors can travel all over NZ to deliver water safety programs for clubs and organizations. If you’re interested in getting a course delivered outside of the Christchurch area, give our team a call or email today.

WHEN IS THE NEXT WORKPLACE KAYAK TRAINING COURSE?

Our water safety training courses run on request, and we recommend running your course in the warmer summer months between October and March. We can run water safety courses any time of year; however, we find participants get more out of the course in summer.
